Bhopal 1984-2014: 30 years after the disaster

30 years ago today, the Union Carbide pesticide plant (now owned by Dow Chemicals) in Bhopal leaked toxic gas across the community in what is considered the worst industrial disaster the world has ever seen.
Death, disease, injustice and the toxic legacy from this tragedy continue today.
