In the run-up to the Rio + 20 global meeting, IPEN and partners have created a Global Common Statement for a Toxics-Free Future to create greater awareness about the increasing amounts of toxic chemicals in the environment, our food, communities and children. The endorsers of this statement have not forgotten the commitments made at the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio.
